Looking for SB TalkerH

I'm looking for a software synth called SB Talker. I tried Googling it but can't find a download of it anywhere. Can anyone help? Also, I heard that ASAP and Tiny Talk support sound blaster? What's that mean? I thought that's only a sound card and only available in Windows. Is there a sound blaster synth that I don't know about? Thanks.
